About Us

ClubMemoir.org is a depot for biography and memoir writers and enthusiasts.
It intends to be a support group, a resource, and an informal place to relax
and discuss the writings that consist of this genre and its subcategories.
Sheree Curry Levy, a journalist and memoirist,
conceived of ClubMemoir.org while working on her own memoir. She turned to
offline and online writers' support groups for inspiration as well as constructive
criticism on her writing, but found most of the groups consisted of fiction
writers penning screenplays, murder mysteries, poetry. Their advice was helpful,
but she yearned to discuss her writing with others developing autobiographies.
ClubMemoir.org was born out of love and passion
for writing and reading about life stories. We welcome you to come share
in that passion.
